USAC approves NEW RATE of 91%
Effective immediately:
SOCS is now 91% eligible for E-Rate funding under the Web Hosting category. SOCS users filing for E-Rate need to list the service as 91% on the Form 471.

For the 2012 E-Rate program year, USAC has now determined that SOCS has an eligibility rate of 91%. We are thrilled to bring this competitive rate to our customers along with our steadfast commitment to outstanding customer service.”
If you have already filed a Form 471 solely for Web Hosting under the previously approved 73%, you will need to cancel your Receipt Acknowledgement Letter (RAL) from USAC and re-file the Form 471 with the new 91% rate. If you filed the 471 for multiple services, you will need to cancel only the Web Hosting line item on the RAL and re-file the 471 with the new 91% rate.
